From a solely owned hardware store along Cebu's downtown area in the 1990's called Multi-Star Enterprises, BG Summit has metamorphosed into one of the country's most dynamic family business conglomerate today.

Founded by Freddie "Butch Guillen and his wife Anne Mitus, BG Summit is now the leading company of the Guillen's diverse business venture. Since its incorporation in 2003, the company steadily soared to the top that became the leading and most-preferred real estate business partner and marketer.

The company's initial participation in Club Ultima membership club was tremendous success in Cebu City with approximately 4,000 members now. From this modest beginning, the company expanded as the exclusive marketer of Ultima Residences Condominiums, Boracay Crown Regency Condotel, Villa Vicenta Townhouses, City Park Suites & Residences and Boardwalk City Residences.

In 2002, BG Summit started in the food venture at City Grill Restaurant. In the year 2004, "Z" Bookshoppe was established. Last 2007, a fine dinning Tara's Cafe & Restaurant was built.

BG Summit core business today forms a 1,000's network of real estate practitioners where neophyte and old-timer combined, practice learning the real estate business, understand and be equipped with the latest real estate developments in the city and the country.

2008 is a significant year for the Company as it marks the birth of the prestigious 1st Real Estate TV Show in Cebu City, "Ultimate Living" in RCTV, channel 36 that will showcased various real estate developments in the country today.

Family patriarch Freddie "Butch" Guillen oversees the company's strategic thrust as President & Chief Executive Officer with Anne Mitus T. Guillen, as VP  Finance, Bonn Garlo T. Guillen as VP Operation and Marion Tara T. Guillen as VP Marketing.
