Business Development Phase
- PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & BUSINESS PLANNING - Assist the owner / Developer in implementing the plans and attaining the
over-all objective. Give a meritorious consultion and advice to the Owner / Developer by positioning the projects and business
to a bigger and profitable result.
- SETTING UP OF GOALS IN TERMS OF MARKETING - Formulate action plans, targets, time-table of marketing activities. Make some
progress reports to the Owner / Developer on the accomplishment of goals.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROJECT PROFITABILITY - Help initiate and evaluate the Owner / Developer of the project cost, product pricing and
strategies in attaining the over-all profitability.
- MARKETING RESEARCH, COMPETITIVE SURVEY, FEASIBILITY AND FINANCIAL STUDIES - Conduct a thorough research, survey and studies
to establish competitiveness and marketability. Give the Owner / Developer a macro and micro outlook of the studies.
Marketing Phase
- EFFECTIVE ADVERTISING & MARKETING - Formulate and design an effective advertising and marketing concepts.
- SALES AND MARKETING EVENTS - Initiate and create a cost-effective event that will create immediate demand in the market
such as launching, exhibits and projects orientation.
- CONCEPTUALIZATION AND BRANDING OF MARKETING MATERIALS - Assert creativeness in the conceptualization and branding of marketing collaterals such
as brochures, leaflets, and flyers.
- RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING OF SALES FORCE - Organize and train a strong sales force, create cream-of-the-crop productive sellers.
- CONDUCT TRAINING PROGRAMS - Design and formulate a sustaining program that will motivate and encourage the sales force.
- CUSTOMER RELATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE - Set-up customer database and procedures that will establish a better rapport, understanding and responses to the client.
Documentation & Permits
- FACILITATION OF PROFESSIONALS - Facilitate and coordinate with Liaison and Professionals that will legwork the processing of documentation such as;
reservation agreement, permit to sell, master of deeds and deeds of restrictions.
